  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order
  • Curbside Pickup Option is available. Please give us a call- we will place your order over the phone. Mon-Fri 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed

SHIPPING

  • Orders can be tracked after the package has left us. Prices vary depending on weight and final delivery location
  • Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning customs duties or fees.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate prior to placing the order.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT

In the instance that tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at support@edgeabah.com. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
