Processing Time & Local Pickup
Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing. Curbside pickup is available by phone, Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-4:00 PM — we'll place your order over the call.
Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding pre-order items. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be altered. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) of placement.
Shipping
Tracking becomes available once your package leaves us. Shipping costs vary by weight and destination. Delays may occur due to customs; all customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility. Contact your local post office for questions about these charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please verify all shipping and billing details before placing your order.
Undelivered Shipment
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 3 additional business days. If it still hasn't arrived after that, contact us at [email protected]. We'll reship your order or provide store credit — refunds are not issued.
