RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with EDGE . We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 7 days of receipt. For returns, please follow the instructions for returning your order with the same carrier that shipped it. For exchanges, please see the information at the bottom.

    RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
  • Only one prepaid label is provided for each order, therefore all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
  • Return shipments must be made using the same affiliate courier service as for the original delivery
  • We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Ghana must be returned from Ghana.
  •  Refunds are made in the form of store credits. Shipping costs will not be refunded by EDGE in case of returns.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the new desired size and follow the steps mentioned above. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).

Exchange conditions

  • We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
  • It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether.
  • Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
  • Merchandise must be returned in one package we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
  • Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery
  • We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Canada must be returned from Canada. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
  • Customized items cannot be returned.

Payment

Currency Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Naira (NGN)

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

During the checkout step "payment"  please select the option "card". Possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged to the customer. If the customer is charged transaction fees by their bank, EDGE will not refund these charges.

Please enter your card details on our payment site. EDGE uses state-of-the-art server security software with SSL encryption which provides the safe and bug-proof transmission of your card details.

Payments by Visa or Mastercard
The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode These are security systems that have been developed to ensure that the registered card holder and the registered online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of the 3-D Secure Program, a pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password when making a purchase online. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (a password that you have previously selected). Transactions can only be made by entering the correct password.

shipping methods

All orders are shipped worldwide via either of our affiliate courier companies UPS, FedEx, DHL. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in case of return. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once. Please be aware that sales taxes, customs duties, and handling costs will be charged by UPS, FedEx, DHL on an individual basis directly upon shipment as far as non-European Union (EU) countries are concerned, and will not be refunded by EDGE in case the articles are returned.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm GMT and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch three (3) business days after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the UPS, DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
