Not fully satisfied? Return any item, excluding sale items, within 7 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags, boxes, and dust bags intact.
- Use the prepaid label provided — all items from an order must go back in one parcel.
- Return via the same courier used for delivery.
- Returns are only accepted from the country the order was shipped to.
- Refunds are issued as store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customized items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Contact Customer Care to reserve your new size before returning the item. We'll dispatch the replacement once your return is processed.
- Same item, different size only — no color or style swaps.
- Each item can be exchanged once.
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
- Use the same courier as the original delivery.
- Exchanges from a different country than the original shipping destination are not free; import and shipping fees apply.
PAYMENT
All payments and refunds are processed in Naira (NGN).
Select "Card" at checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard, processed securely via SSL. Cards enrolled in Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode will prompt for your password to complete payment. Bank-imposed transaction fees are not refunded by EDGE.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. No PO box deliveries.
Orders are processed Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm GMT, and Sat, 9am–6pm CET (excluding holidays). Dispatch within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns.
- For non-EU orders, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are charged by the courier and are non-refundable.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 1–2 hours to activate.
